There needs to be an interesting conversation to cement that individual in my mind. If you cut your hair at home, you should try doing the final cuts with a razor! Weird, but effective. Most scissors are dull enough to ensure you split ends in the future. But a fresh, single blade bic can work wonders on diy bangs n' trims. :D I don’t remember people like that either.
